A nursery chain has won £500 worth of toys in a competition run by major national suppliers KCS.
KCS ran a competition across the summer for customers who ordered products online and the lucky winners were Kids Inc Nurseries, one of the leading nursery providers in the South East.
Kids Inc Nurseries is based in Ilford, where it has two nurseries, and nine other nurseries in Crowthorne, Loughton, South Woodford, Bluewater, Guildford, East Sheen, Enfield, Chingford and Aylesbury.
Accounts assistant Leah Walker, from the Kids Inc accounts team, received the prize from KCS operations manager Rob Smith.
She said: “The prize included children’s books, puzzles, a puppet, a sand timer and some giant outdoor games, which we’ll be sharing around our 11 nurseries in the South East.”
The new-look KCS catalogue features a wealth of Early Years Resources, giving nursery teachers a wide range of options across a variety of subjects. From hand puppets to talking tubes and giant sand timers to garden planters, carefully selected products are designed to assist early years teaching in language, literacy, maths, art, understanding the world and social interaction.
Advisers from KCS work with nurseries nationwide to assist with budgeting, sizing up and planning. They can assess requirements and help nurseries make the most of tight budgets.
All products and suppliers are fully compliant with EU and UK directives and regulations and meet all relevant health and safety requirements.
KCS Head of Marketing Kris Wagland said: “Nurseries ordering online can use software compatible with accounting systems and take advantage of the KCS REW@RDS scheme, which offers points towards future purchases.”
